The Costa Serena is as playful as it is prodigious--and as one of the largest ships in Costa's fleet, that's no small claim. Cheerful colors abound both on deck and in the cabins, while its "classical legends" theme is reflected in the naming of public rooms and dining areas. The accommodations are varied, with the Samsara staterooms and suites being the most exclusive. These special spa-themed cabins provide not only a private entrance to the Samsara Spa, but also come packaged with spa treatments, an aroma diffuser, and other related perks.

The Samsara Spa itself is one of the great draws of the Costa Serena. Asian-inspired and specializing in thalassotherapy--treatments that use seawater, marine mud, and other oceanic elements--it spans over 20,000 square feet. Tried-and-true therapies abound as well, from massages and facials to soaks and saunas. Elsewhere on the ship, guests can splash in their choice of four pools, two of which feature sliding glass roofs for all-weather swimming. Yoga, spin, and pilates classes are offered at the ship's state-of-the-art fitness center.

Serena's good cheer also extends to children. The Squok Club fills every day with activities ranging from photography lessons to pool parties, while the ship's 24-hour arcade is an anytime retreat for kids and kids-at-heart. For adults, live bands and daytime salsa classes spark a rhythm that continues long into the night, which is the perfect time to visit one of Serena's 13 bars or cut a rug at the Pan Disco.

  • Entry Visa:
  • “Cozmo Holidays” will provide the available information about the visa and it is the responsibility of the passenger to check the authenticity of the same directly with the concerned Embassy or Immigration. “Cozmo Holidays” will not be held responsible for the passenger’s inability to leave the airport if he does not receive the necessary visa or if the passport is not valid enough to obtain visa upon arrival.
  • Hotel Accommodation:
  • Any complaints related to the respective hotel services with regards to location, rooms, food, cleaning or other services, the guest will have to directly deal with the hotel. “Cozmo Holidays” will not be responsible for such complaints. The general hotel policy: Check –in time at 1400 hrs and check-out time1200 hrs Interconnecting /Adjoining rooms/any special requests are always subject to availability at the time of check –in and “Cozmo Holidays” will not be responsible for any denial of such rooms to the customer.
  • Tours and Transfers:
  • A waiting time is 01 hour after the actual flight arrival time. After this time the vehicle may be released and service booked will not be guaranteed. If the passenger is unable to locate our local representative for any reason, it is his responsibility to call the number shown on the voucher for assistance, before making alternative arrangements , and “Cozmo Holidays” will not be responsible in case if the passenger fails to call us. Maximum luggage allowance is 01 piece of medium size per person, hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on the car. Costs incurred for transferring extra luggage must be covered by the passenger.
  • Car Rental Policies:
  • Copy of passport and valid credit card needs to be submitted at the time of pickup of the vehicle. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect the vehicle for any damages or defects at the time of pick up and the same to be notified to the rental company. Cozmo Holidays will not be held responsible for cases against any Traffic rules and deposit (credit card or cash) taken from the client by the supplier.
  • Cancelation Policy:
  • 01. A deposit is required prior to making a holidays reservation.
  • 02. The deposit is non-refundable if the client is cancelling or amending the reservation after the confirmation. The amount will be refunded in full if the requested reservation is not confirmed.
  • 03. Client is not entitled for refund of partially utilized service; however, Cozmo Travel shall negotiate with the concerned and try to get maximum refund in any, provided client makes the refund request to Cozmo Travel not later than 15 days following completion of the holiday with valid proof/document, failing which no claim may be brought against the company.
  • 04. For Apartment, cruise booking, guided tours and airport transfers no refund would be made (100% cancellation charge)
  • 05. Refund shall be subject to cancellation condition of the supplier of the services. In any case a maximum of 15% will be deducted from the amount of refund towards our chargers in addition to supplier chargers.
  • 06. Refund process time would be maximum 3 to 4 weeks.
  • 07. Cozmo Holidays is not responsible for services not mentioned in the vouchers
  • 08. Cozmo Holidays may alter or cancel the booking at any time necessary because of events beyond its control and will inform the client of any such event as soon as practicable and would offer the client an alternative service or refund as per client’s choice. The company will be under no future liability to the client whatsoever in such circumstances.
  • 09. Cozmo Holidays will not accept any refund request after 15 days from check out date.
